Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Definitions
1.1 In‑Warranty Products
- Coverage Period: 1 year from the date of shipment.
- Scope:
- Covered: Failures due to manufacturing or material defects (Product Quality). BSJ provides free repair or replacement.
- Excluded: Failures from misuse, unauthorized modification, improper installation, or other man-made damage. In these cases, charges apply for repair, replacement, or scrapping.
1.2 Out‑of‑Warranty Products
- Coverage: Lifetime paid maintenance. All services, including repair, parts replacement, and scrapping, are subject to billing.
- Tampering: Deliberately removing labels or disassembling the device without obtaining BSJ Technical Support approval voids the warranty and immediately places the device in the out-of-warranty category.
1.3 Special Case for Distributor Consolidation
- Batch Return: In regions where shipping single units is impractical, distributors may accumulate failed units.
- Failure Record: BSJ Technical Support logs each failure upon initial feedback, recording the date of the failure.
- Annual Clearance: Distributors must return all accumulated faulty devices and parts to us once per year for final inspection, repair, or disposal.
2. Return Authorization Process
2.1 Pre‑Return Confirmation
- Distributor contacts BSJ Technical Support to confirm:
- Product model and serial numbers
- Return shipping address
- Declared customs value
- Detailed failure descriptions (including logs or photos)
- Devices must be clean, securely packaged, and labeled as "Sample for Return to Manufacturer (RMA)."
2.2 RMA Authorization
- BSJ issues an RMA number and return instructions.
- Warning: Unauthorized returns or incorrect documentation may result in customs duties, taxes, and handling fees, all of which are payable by the distributor.
3. Repair and Turnaround Times
3.1 In‑Warranty Repairs
- Repair Cycle: ≤ 30 calendar days from arrival at BSJ's Huizhou office.
3.2 Out‑of‑Warranty Repairs
- Provided within 15 working days of arrival at BSJ's Shenzhen office.
- Commences upon receipt of payment; ≤ 20 calendar days thereafter.
4. Spare Parts and Self‑Repair
4.1 In‑Warranty Parts Supply
- BSJ ships required spare parts free of charge.
- The distributor must return defective parts to BSJ within one year for inspection and evaluation.
4.2 Out‑of‑Warranty Parts Purchase
- The distributor may order parts at BSJ's standard spare parts pricing.
